Hey y’all, Kerry here, hunkered down at Birch Blaze central. I’ve been working on integrating a studio management system in an effort to streamline our workflow and better serve all our wonderful clients. In so doing I discovered that our contact form here on the blog hasn’t been forwarding blog inquiries to us! Oops. Yeah, BIG oops! This issue will be corrected today, but I see that there is a log of unsent messages going back into 2010. I believe that many of you that needed to contact us sent follow up emails that we did respond to, but I’m sure that others of you never heard back from us because we never received your message in the first place! For this we apologize PROFUSELY! Really, so sorry. We will try to respond to as many of those missed messages as possible, and if you didn’t receive a response from a message sent through our blog, now you know why.
